1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and lb9 ("lb9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at lb9.bio. By accessing any part of the lb9 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any game, placing any bet, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

1.1 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable law. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of lb9 shall first be submitted to lb9's internal dispute resolution process. lb9's customer support team handles disputes in English and aims to reach a resolution within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted via [email protected].

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. All communications between lb9 and the Player — including support correspondence, account notifications, and promotional communications — are conducted in English. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of lb9 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. lb9 does not permit access to any person under the age of 18, without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual (natural person), not as a corporate entity, agent, or representative acting on behalf of a third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of lb9 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from lb9 and are not subject to any active account suspension.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

lb9 is designed primarily for players in Bangladesh and operates with that market in mind. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using lb9 is lawful in your jurisdiction. lb9 makes no representation that the platform is legal in all locations. Players who choose to access lb9 from jurisdictions where such activities may be restricted do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) lb9 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where lb9 detects or reasonably suspects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, lb9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately, void any winnings generated across those accounts, and retain any bonus funds claimed. The original account may also be permanently closed at lb9's discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

All activity carried out through your lb9 account — including any bets placed, games played, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that specific action. lb9 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

lb9 is required to conduct identity verification checks in order to protect players and maintain platform integrity. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage, and in particular before your first withdrawal is processed:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months and showing your registered address.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on lb9 is ৳100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment providers may impose transaction limits on their end. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your lb9 account within two to five minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.

lb9 does not accept deposits made from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. 4.2 Withdrawals

Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, the provider's prevailing exchange rate will apply; lb9 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs or rate differences imposed by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Transaction Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction on your lb9 account is incorrect or unauthorised, you must contact lb9's support team immediately at [email protected]. lb9 will investigate the matter and respond within two business days. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the dispute through lb9 is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your account and recovery of any amounts subject to the chargeback.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

lb9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bundles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses issued by lb9 are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

Where bonus abuse is detected or reasonably suspected, lb9 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account if abuse is confirmed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from lb9. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months. 8. Account Suspension and Closure

lb9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the account to be suspended.
• Detection of activity consistent with problem gambling that poses a risk to the player's wellbeing, where lb9 acts under its responsible gaming obligations.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. lb9 will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormant account policy and will provide a reasonable opportunity to reactivate the account.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your lb9 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, lb9 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements. Bonus funds and pending free spin winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Consequences of Account Closure

Where lb9 closes an account for breach of these Terms, lb9 reserves the right to void and forfeit any winnings, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with the account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
